A millionaire bought Paul Walker's Nissan Skyline R34 GT-R in 'Fast and Furious' at auction

Cars used in movies are often auctioned off at exorbitant prices, and the legendary Nissan Skyline R34 GT-R from ' Fast & Furious : Even Faster ' wrote the latest chapter in this trend. In this fourth installment of the saga, this car was the mount of Paul Walker and broke all records in terms of auction price for a movie car that belonged to a deceased actor.

The Nissan Skyline R34 GT-R was sold for an impressive price of 1.36 million dollars , which is equivalent to around 1.23 million euros at the current exchange rate. To put that amount into perspective, Walker's collection of over 20 cars, including five BMW M3 E36 Lightweights , sold for a total of €2.1 million . The auction was very competitive, with a winning bid of $1.18 million being topped by a last-minute bid.
