Deals of the week: a best-selling hybrid SUV with fast delivery and an electric car at a knockdown price

We are facing the last week of May and  car brands  continue to present  attractive offers  to make good numbers in a difficult quarter.

We review the  most notable discounts  of the week, which includes several bestsellers and SUVs with the ZERO and ECO label.

Renault Captur E-TECH, a hybrid B-SUV with priority delivery for 210 euros per month

In May, Renault maintained  its Fast Track rapid delivery strategy,  which featured its best-selling car in Spain: the  Renault Captur urban SUV  .

Three variants of this small SUV are available in this program, all in a Zen finish, which is the most complete. And the most interesting is the  Captur hybrid E-TECH  : cheaper than  the plug-  in, but with an ECO label compared to the 140 hp petrol that stands out C.

We are therefore talking about the 145 hp Renault Captur E-TECH hybrid,  which can be purchased  for  210 euros per month  , its price with promotions and financing being 28,873 euros. The discount is set at almost  2,600 euros less  , since the tariff rate for this variant is 31,460 euros.

The financing contract is for a period of 37 months (three years) and requires an entry fee of 5,400 euros. And to this is added that Renault undertakes to make the  delivery within a maximum period of 30 days  , from the formalization of the purchase. Of course, it can only be selected in the colors blue, white and red, which always go in combination with the glossy black roof and other accents in this shade.

The  Captur E-TECH  in this non-rechargeable hybrid option  shares mechanics with the Renault Clio. That is to say, it has a 94 hp petrol unit which combines with two electrics of 36 kW (49 hp) and 15 kW (20 hp), to sign the  145 hp  and  148 Nm  .

There's also the  intelligent automatic gearbox without synchromesh  , which has up to 15 gears and surprised us with its responsiveness when  we tasted it in the Clio.

In terms of habitability, the latest installment of the Renault Captur has improved thanks to its larger size, but we must not forget that we are talking about a B-SUV. In the case of this option, the trunk is quite sober since it covers 305 liters against the 422 liters of the thermal options.

As for the  Zen finish  , since it is the most complete variant, there is substantial standard equipment. It has 18-inch wheels, air conditioning, an electric parking brake, tinted rear windows, electric windows in all rows and electrically folding exterior mirrors.

In terms of technology, there is a  seven-inch touchscreen  with Easy Link system, rear view camera, front and rear parking sensors, starter and keyless access.

And  in terms of assistance technologies  , automatic emergency braking, cruise control, safety distance alert, intelligent high beam assistant (main beam/dipped beam), dynamic trajectory control or still the hill start assist are standard.

Skoda Fabia, for 14,700 euros and maintenance for four years (including tires)

The  Skoda Fabia  is today the cheapest model from Skoda and one of the benchmark utility vehicles on our market. This little one is also the Czech manufacturer's traditional best-seller in Spain, although it is now the second best-selling brand after being overtaken by the Kamiq SUV.

It has just  released a new generation, the fourth  , and it boasts greater habitability thanks to its larger size and improved technological equipment.

And this month the Czech manufacturer is offering it from  14,700 euros  , provided you choose to finance it with Volkswagen Financial Services. Like other companies, this is a flexible program because when you reach the last installment, you can choose to  return it, change it, or keep it  , paying the last one.

This now active offer  applies to the Skoda Fabia with the less powerful engine, which is an  80 hp naturally aspirated 1.0 MPI petrol  with a five-speed manual gearbox, but in the  Ambition finish  , which is traditionally the most interesting in terms of of equipment. price ratio.

The price of this variant is 18,360 euros, so the  discount is more than 3,600 euros  . The fee is  253 euros per month  and the entry fee is set at 4,700 euros, although it is also flexible.

In addition, with this financing program, Skoda includes  maintenance for four years  (up to 60,000 km), which in the case of the Czech brand includes the  change of tires  in addition to the usual components and fluids.

This Fabia option, being the least efficient, is more than correct for the utility, which signs the top 180 km/h. But above all, it stands out for its consumption, since it homologates 5.1 l/100 km in the combined cycle  or up to 4.5 l/100 km  on extra-urban journeys. Its label, as a good thermal, is C.

Another claim, its improved habitability, with for example the  largest trunk in its segment,  which covers  380 liters  . It surpasses the Renault Clio (340 litres) or its first cousin, the SEAT Ibiza (355 litres), two others which offer more capacity.

In this new generation,  and in the Ambition finish  , the  Skoda Fabia  arrives with more technology and improved standard equipment. We find LED headlights, the  eight-inch Bolero multimedia screen  , rear parking sensors and the Smartlink+ system with connection for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

It also has  ADAS systems  such as emergency braking, cruise control, automatic lighting assistant, hill start assistant, active lane keeping system, speed limiter and even the fatigue detector.

Dacia Spring: the cheapest electric, at 12,800 euros with MOVES III

Finding an electric car on the market for less than 30,000 euros is complicated, but even more so if you are looking for one that is around 20,000 euros. And precisely this maxim is respected by the  Dacia Spring  , which today is  the most affordable zero emissions .

This ZERO label is a small SUV  (only 3.73m long) and  is now offered  for  90 euros per month  in its Comfort finish, which is the second most complete (although the Business is no longer available at the moment) .

Its price is  19,805 euros  , which includes a discount for financing since its PVP is set at 21,015 euros. The financing contract is for 37 months (three years) and involves an entry fee of 8,168 euros.

However, as an electric voucher, you can add up to 7,000 euros of additional bonus with the  MOVES III plan  (scraping of an old vehicle), so in the end we are talking about an electric  for 12,800 euros  .

This very urban SUV mounts a  33 kW (45 hp) and 125 Nm electric motor  , which is powered by a 27.4 kWh battery with which it homologates  230 km of autonomy  (WLTP).

It does not stand out for its performance, since its maximum speed is 125 km/h, but it is a car whose territory is essentially urban. In addition, it claims a 0 to 50 km / h in 5.8 seconds, more than enough to get around town.

On the equipment side, the Comfort finish has LED headlights, front and rear electric windows, air conditioning or even automatic lights, in addition to the Plug & Dacia radio or  ADAS assistants  such as emergency braking, speed limiter speed or hill start assist.

If you are looking for more standard services, there is the Comfort Plus finish, which adds the seven-inch multimedia screen with DAB radio and integrated navigator, the reversing camera, the front and rear parking sensors or even the start and the keyless access.

Its price is 21,305 euros, the costs being 104 euros per month. With the MOVES III, it remains at 14,305 euros.

The SEAT Arona with more equipment, with a discount of 3,200 euros

This B-SUV  was crowned  king of sales last year  and this year it is on the right track, being the  second most registered car in April in Spain . The  SEAT Arona  is the Spanish firm's new goose and convinces as the Ibiza has traditionally done.

And now we can get the services  of the most equipped SEAT Arona , the  X-Perience Plus  , for  22,050 euros  . It is equipped with a  110  hp 1.0 TSI engine and comes with a six-speed manual gearbox.

The PVP of this option is 25,250 euros, so you benefit from an  offer of 3,200 euros  . This discount is applied each time we finance with the brand and translates into a fee of  307 euros per month  and an entry fee of 6,600 euros.

In this case, the contract is for 60 months (five years), although SEAT allows flexibility in its duration (from 36 to 96 months), as well as the entry fee, which can be reduced or extended.

The Arona with  a 110 hp petrol engine  claims a consumption of  5.3 liters  in the combined cycle and is free of the registration tax, since it signs the 120 g/km of CO₂.

In the Xperience Plus trim, the SEAT Arona includes as standard the  10.25-inch Digital Cockpit instrumentation  , which is combined with a 9.2-inch touchscreen, being the largest screens available in this best-selling SUV.

Its multimedia system includes DAB digital radio, navigation, voice control and SEAT Connect connected services (included for one year), with connection for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

We find in the same way the dual-zone air conditioning, the electric and heated exterior mirrors, the tinted rear windows or the rear view camera.

And the assistance systems are not lacking such as the adaptive cruise control (although without stop & go function), the automatic emergency braking, the involuntary lane departure assistant, the fatigue detector or the assistant hill start.
